Seek emergency medical assistance if you experience any of the following signs of an allergic reaction to Generic Strattera: difficulty breathing; hives; swelling of your tongue, face, lips, or throat.
Stop taking Generic Strattera and speak to your doctor urgently if you experience any serious side effects such as:
shortness of breath, chest pain, a fast or uneven heartbeat; lightheadedness; aggression, hallucinations, unusual thoughts or behavior; nausea, itching, loss of appetite, pain in the upper stomach, dark colored urine, clay-colored stools, increased blood pressure (blurred vision, buzzing in your ears, severe headache, anxiety, seizure, confusion), jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes); urinating less than usual or even not at all; numbness, burning pain, or tingling.
Less serious side effects of Generic Strattera could include:
irritability; dizziness or drowsiness; constipation; dry mouth cough; skin rash or itching; insomnia; increased severity of menstrual cramps; impotence, trouble reaching an orgasm or loss of interest in sex.
